Payment - We require full payment at time of booking to lock-in your dates. We accept
personal checks only.
Cancellations - One week advance notice for full refund with the exception of Antique
Week in October and April, MS 150, and other special events, which are non-refundable.

Check-out: 11:00 a.m.
The guest house is a smoke free environment; however, smoking outside is permitted.
Pets will have to be cleared with owners before occupying the home. In addition, there
is a $25 charge for a pet occupying the home.
